MORE DATA ON THE IMPACT OF CAP AND TRADE ON THE CONSUMER

This MEMO FROM THE HERITAGE FOUNDATION regarding Cap and Trade leglslation and how it will impact the consumer reflects a detailed analysis of the cost per household if it gets approved.

This is the latest analysis from the CBO Smith Letter Dated April 20, 2010 estimating the average loss in purchasing power that a household would experience from 2012 through 2050.

Congressional Research Service Analysis Dated April 12, 2010 titled Climate Change: EU and Proposed  U. S. Approaches to Carbon Leakage and WTO Implications.
