DEMOCRACY DENIED

This is the Flow Chart of how the current administration has been circumventing the legislative branch of our government to move forward with their agendas on Cap and Trade, Internet Regulation, Union Card Check, Debt Commission and Offshore Drilling: This is an alarming manipulation of what we have come to trust as the checks-and-balances provided in the Constitution. And remember how the Health Care Reform Bill was pushed through in a process of "reconciliation". Apparently no majority vote is required anymore for passage of major legislation that affects each and every one of us.
