Is it me, or is this getting to be a bit too much? The federal government is now banning our perfectly dependable old fashioned incandescent light bulbs, made right here in the good old USA, and forcing us to replace them with CFL's made in China that "may have a few glitches". In this article Government’s Light Bulb Ban Is Just Plain Destructive The Heritage Foundation, the hazards of these new light bulbs are itemized. Not to mention they will be produced in China, and GE has closed the last plant in America to make them. Could be another case of "distribution of wealth"...Ya think?
