Indonesia Gets Billion Dollar Deal

The 17,000 island country of Indonesia agrees to curb their commercial deforestation in exchange for One Billion Dollars from the U.N. The challenge will be to enforce and monitor their compliance. This is the newest scheme being utilized by the U.N. even after there was no agreement or consensus last year at Copenhagan on global climate change policy.
